- Posting expenses in the HRMS.
- Creation of PF working monthly.
- Routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alert supervisor of any discrepancies.
- Distribute accounting reports as directed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting in Tally software
