• Candidate should be B.com or M.com
• Candidate should have good account receivables knowledge.
• Experience in Airline Catering Projects is a must.
• Should have knowledge of data setup in airline portals,
• Team Leading, making sure team targets are completed, escalation handling, gaining process knowledge and should be able to train new recruits along with updating sop's
• Troubleshooting, Excellent communication skills, Analytical skills, customer management, customer handling.
• Run quality checks, ensure proper quality checks, Final and master quality checks are conducted
• Production report & management - skill set management, work allocation, SLA adherence, proper TAT, benchmark analysis, team productivity
• Provide regular feedback to the team members about their performance
• Should be able to communicate clearly in English with the US customer.
• Airlines background is mandatory.
