Junior Accountant

Assist in recording financial transactions (payables, receivables, payroll, journals).
Conduct various reconciliations (bank, vendor statements, intercompany).
Help prepare monthlyquarterlyannual financial statements.
Collaborate on budget monitoring and variances analysis. Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
Maintain and update the general ledger accurately. Prepare documentation for external auditors.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Review employee expense reports per company policies. Assist with financial analysis and trends.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and finance concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and analysis.
Organized, handles multiple tasks, and solves problems. Collaborative, effective communicator, and respects confidentiality.
Familiarity with relevant regulations is advantageous.
Prior accounting internship or work experience is a plus.
