• Maintain and update the financial records of the company.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Review and analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and file tax returns for the company.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer payments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
