Minimum Experience

Matric
Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle
Formal qualification (advantageous)
MS Office & experience in an accounting package
Full Creditors & Debtors Function
Capturing invoices from suppliers
Reconciling creditors
Reconciling purchase requisitions and purchase orders to invoices
Effectively and accurately reviewing age analysis and manage problematic accounts for all allocated debtors records.
Accurately reconciling all debtors' accounts on a monthly basis.
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date master data records for all debtor related matters
Administering credit checks from credit applications received.
Follow up, investigation and resolution of outstanding claims and queries to full conclusion.
