We are an established London property firm seeking a F&B Revenue Reconciliation Clerk for 3 restaurant’s.

Responsibilities include:
  • Input daily revenue for each Restaurant from front office systems
  • Payment reconciliation
  • Checking refunds, voids, comps
  • Send invoices to the customers/requesting payments
  • Cash collection & banking
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • VAT checks

  • Confident and ability to challenge
  • Excellent attention to detail, diligent, working to very high standards
  • Motivated, with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
  • Able to work under pressure, coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Strives for continuous improvement and technical excellence in all activities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills as well as ability to operate on a stand-alone basis when required.
  • Strong excel knowledge.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Use of Microsoft excel
  • Experience working in hotels/restaurants in an accounts department
