Our client in SW London is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the daily finance operational processes to support the business for sustained growth over the next 2 years and beyond. The focus is on creating a highly efficient, professional finance function. This position is the most senior full-time finance role working closely with the CEO and the part-time Finance Director.

AsFinance Manager, you will be responsible for all financial reporting for three businesses and managinga team of four whoreport into this role. Duties are as follows:-

• Preparation of the finance pack & Management Accounts
• Variance analysis within month end, budget variances, and margin analysis
• Improve current processes
• Review of stock management and credit control processes
• Manage annual audit
• Year-end preparation and reconciliations
• Payroll reconciliations
