We’re looking for a smart, experienced Senior Finance Manager to support the Operations Function at Charlotte Tilbury. As the Senior Finance Manager for Operations, you’ll be a key Business Partner for the Supply Chain and Central Operation Functions, supporting The Head of Finance Operations to report actuals, and deliver budgets and forecasts. The role also requires the Senior Finance Manager of Operations to support with key strategic initiatives impacting their functions and will include business casing and ad hoc analysis where required to help the business to deliver our strategic goals. You will require gravitas to stand toe to toe with our C Level teams.

Role Accountabilities:
- Reporting into the Head of Finance Operations, this role is responsible for the Supply Chain and Central Operation Functions, including delivery of The Budget, 5YP and Forecast
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Function and Regional Finance teams to analyse, interrogate and understand any deviations to plan, consolidating insights into Global R&Os
- Assist with investor reporting to Charlotte Tilbury Parent Co (Puig)
- Support with Business Casing or project appraisal to ensure investments make commercial and economic sense
- Work with Finance colleagues to deliver month end actuals for COGS, LOGS and SLOBS, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare month end commentary for actuals vs budget/forecast for your areas, sharing with Supply Chain and Finance Leadership and other relevant internal stakeholders
- Support Demand Planners with the Financialisaton of Unit Demand Plan forecasts, working closely with Regional Finance teams to understand and evaluate differences in the Demand Plans to the Financial Forecasts
- Support with category performance target setting and reporting
- Work closely with the Senior Finance Analyst for Operations to help develop and enhance ways of working as a unified team
- Work closely with Business Systems teams to ensure NetSuite ERP reporting is accurate and reliable
- Work with Anaplan model builders to continue to improve ways of modelling data to deliver greater accuracy and insight and deliver best in class suite of financial reports and models
- Work with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure business operations are reflective of a strong control environment
Reporting Relationships:
- Reporting into Head of Finance, Operations
- Close working relationship with Senior Finance Analyst
Requirements
- Autonomous, highly organised, and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business
- Fully qualified either CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Experienced Finance Manager, relevant industry experience whilst not a requirement would be nice to have
- Process oriented, someone who is motivated to drive change efficiencies
- Proven experience in running a large forecasting process
- Commercial and analytical mindset
- Experience working and communicating with different levels and different teams
- Advanced excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Sum If, Indirect etc) and the ability to build models from scratch
- Flexible & proactive, with an eagerness to learn
- Experience of NetSuite and/or Anaplan desirable but not required
