If you have gained 3-4 years of Creditors experience, Processing and posting invoices, performing recons of creditors accounts and resolving queries, we are looking for you.
Process/ post invoices and credit notesReconciliation of creditors accounts and resolving queriesPaying creditors on time (according to payment terms)Confirmation of Intercompany balancesReceive and verify invoices and all relevant documentation to process payments for creditorsFollow up on all missing documentationEnsure that payments have been authorized according to the required financial proceduresPerform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions according to the relevant accounting system for payment authorizationValidate, approve and post invoicesPrepare vendor reconciliationsResolve all vendor queriesPrepare the paperwork/backup documents for payment runEnsure suppliers are paid on pre-determined payment termsMonitor vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to dateForward proof of payments to suppliers when requiredMaintain a current and accurate filing system for the creditors functionAssist with general administration and financial dutiesConfirm the Intercompany balancesMake sure that the vendor age analysis has no queries (especially no debit or old outstanding balances)Verify B-BBEE status with vendorsAccurately capture company credit card transactions within the correct periodPurchase order maintenanceOpen receipt maintenance Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience working in a high-volume environmentFMCG or Retail experience Ability to handle High volumes and Fast fast-paced environment Qualification:MatricA Finance qualification will be beneficial Contact ALEXANDRA MALONEY on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF016972.
