Your new role
You'll be supporting both the AP & AR side of the Finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support Sales and Purchase Ledger to include posting onto Xero.
- Follow the Sales and Purchase Approval Process.
- Provide support across the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactional accounting areas.
- Assist in dealing with day-to-day customer and supplier queries.
- Assist in generating bi-monthly payment runs when required.
- Process expenses and credit card statements of employees.
- Complete basic balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the Finance Department e-mail system.
- Support the Finance Supervisors and Financial Controller whenever required.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to be at least AAT Level 3
- Have knowledge of XERO accounting system.
- VAT experience
- Great communication skills
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Awareness of month-end procedures
