Your role's purpose will be to ensure that customers are processed both accurately and timeously as well as to oversee the process of informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates and/or delays and handle complaints. Other Responsibilities:

Relevant Qualification

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Creditors
Pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous
CRM experience beneficial
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Skilled in Sage Evolution
Numerical and analytical ability
Effective communication skills
Team player
Deadline driven
Excellent Telephone etiquette
Effectively works under pressure
