Here's a fabulous newly created role, which will focus on ensuring the accuracy of service invoices to customers - and investigating any inaccuracies. Your role will be a key contributor to a smooth invoicing process.
About the role:
Review and analyse invoices, contracts and other documents Identify and investigate invoice discrepancies and irregularities Document inconsistencies Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify and resolve issues Generate regular reports Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
You have 12-24 months experience in an accounts-focused role, looking to secure a stable and interesting challenge to further your career You are analytical by nature, with a keen eye for detail - numbers are your passion! You love the thrill of investigating and problem-solving You have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information You have the ability to work autonomously and can handle working towards a tight schedule You have the confidence to deal with tough conversations
