Your new company
You will be joining a fast-paced, forward-thinking business based in Bromley, within the financial services space. They pride themselves on their collaborative environment, creative approach and commitment to doing the right thing. Based out of smart, sociable offices in Bromley, you will be joining a company that values personal development and internal promotions. You will play a key role in the ESG team, as the company looks to reduce their footprint and reach ambitious targets.


Your new role
You will be taking on a newly created role, designed to push rapid improvement. Your role will include traditional FP&A tasks, as well as process improvement, collaborating with senior colleagues and being at the forefront of the company's ESG policy. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparing both monthly and quarterly reporting packs for financial and ESG data.
  • Quantitive analysis of results with commentary
  • Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting
  • Collaborating with senior financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Collating, processing and analysing ESG data multinationally, including carbon emissions
  • Actively seeking opportunities for business growth and process improvement



What you'll need to succeed
You will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, and actively studying towards becoming qualified. You will have excellent data analysis skills, and the written and verbal communication skills to present this analysis to senior stakeholders. You will be collaborative, highly accurate, and able to prioritise tasks to busy deadlines. You'll need strong Excel skills, MS Power Query would be a bonus. Experience in Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about the environment and driving corporate ESG policy.
