We are looking for an Entry Level Accounting Clerk with construction and lumber supply company in Anaheim. The Accounting Clerk will handle full cycle AP duties, including but not limited to:
  • Matching invoices with Purchase orders and packing slips
  • Verify Pricing and quantity billed
  • Research, track, and resolve invoice pricing issues with sales and vendors
  • Invoice entry 1, 300-2, 000 + per month
  • Distribute invoices and mail
  • Record daily batch log
  • Update batches
  • Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices
  • Review statements to ensure proper payments to vendors
  • Work with other departments to ensure their A/P needs are met
  • Assist others as needed

Requirements:
  • Accounts Payable experience helpful, willing to train
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and10-Key


8: 30-5: 00 hour lunch
$18-$19 per hour
Some OT required but authorized as needed
