The role:Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for producing financial reports, budgets and forecasts for our Aftersales division that cover Parts, Consumables, Service, and Product Support areas of the business.
Responsibilities include:

Prepare financial information such as reports and audits in accordance with TDX policies and accounting standards/law.
Reporting of monthly financial results for Parts, Consumables, Service (including Warranty) and Product Support, with insight against budget and forecasts.
Manage Work-in-Progress and cases to ensure optimised cost recovery.
Management of Parts and Consumable inventory including stock count activities.
Process mapping all tasks involved at month end and ensure any relevant Standard Operating Procedures are updated as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting monthly for review with senior managers and relevant stakeholders.
Manage process improvements through insightful, implementation and review routine.
Manage sound relationships with stakeholders.

We are ideally looking for someone with:
A tertiary qualification in accounting.
CA ANZ qualified.
Minimum experience 5 years as qualified accountant in a commercial environment.
Advanced level of spreadsheet skills.
Experience with a commercial accounting system.
Ability to interpret, extract and analyse financial information.
Highly resilient with proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to build constructive relationships.
Enjoys working in a down to earth environment.
