Administration Assistant
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an Administration Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis, located in the County of Gwynedd, working within a growing, local Accountancy firm.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Administrator with excellent IT and Excel skills, looking to develop their career in an established Accountancy practice. The successful applicant will be working as part of a dedicated Administration team, assisting the Accountants to ensure the high-quality service is provided to clients.
Salary:
£23,500 per annum
The Role:
- Assisting staff with general administration duties
- Managing and updating spreadsheets with relevant data
- Using Excel to present data, including the use of formulas and functions
- Using Excel to prepare client VAT returns
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Providing information and answering queries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in a similar role within an office environment
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Details and Benefits:
- Full-time hours,Monday to Friday
- Permanent vacancy
- Flexitime: 36.25 hours per week between 8am to 6pm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
