Your Image Mark is a former director and business owner with extensive experience, including leading teams of managers in multinational companies, SMEs, and independent businesses in roles such as recruitment, training, sales management, project management, and quality control.

His varied self-employed background includes setting up and operating a recruitment and training company for nine years and a pub management business for six years, where he employed up to 300 and 200 staff, respectively.

Over the last ten years, he has created 1300+ LinkedIn profiles and CVs / resumes, scores of executive search projects, and many recruitment consultancy interventions. He has also worked as a property developer, a business and marketing consultant, and a freelance writer, developing content for a range of organizations.

His qualifications include an MA in English, a proofreading certification from The Publishing Training Centre, and an extensive range of courses and accreditations in areas encompassing leadership, sales management, negotiation, train the trainer, executive recruiting, counseling, managing stress, conflict management, NLP, and life management.
